We all know how Tally men are about their hair, well it seems that Chuck was in a mood with his hair while in LA last week. He is now reportedly sporting a mowhawk scattered with blonde streaks! Yep, you read it here 1st. I do gotta admit, Id really love to see a piccy of him with this new hairdo, I bet its way kickin.
