OMG!!! Killshot...this is one damn movie I can't keep up with...all the rumours... release dates,filming schedule, Missouri & last but not least... Mickey no longer being linked to this film. I am going for it - by saying - Mickey is still in this flick along with Thomas Jane and Diane Lane. .. there's more.... add Rosario Dawson & Johnny Knoxville to the mix...How the fuk do I know this...well Killshot is a Tarantino produced film , therefore the words came out of Tarantino's mouth. Yep, he is a jackass junkie ... so when confiming Knoxville's role to MTV this what he had to say " Yeah, he's going to be in Killshot as well. It's really cool. Knoxville will play an FBI agent along side Diane Lane and Mickey Rourke". Filming begins in Toronto on October 11th...with a release date of March 17, 2006.
The Best International Actor award has been announced...in the Peoples Choice categroies at this years Irish Film and Televison awards , which will be held November 5th in Dublin . Drum roll...the nominees are Johnny Depp " Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" , Christan Bale " Batman Begins ", Brad Pitt " Mr and Mrs Smith" and MICKEY ROURKE " SIN CITY" .... Hell Yeah..... Its about time Mickey is nominated for his acting.....it's been a long time.. the next best thing to being nominated is winning and NO!! the prestigious title of the UK"S # 1 hoochie chaser....doesn't count.....although - I guess you could say - it is a talent ....LOL... Pffft! I wanted to provide a link , so those eligible could vote -but from what I read of the terms if I did ...the people from the IFTA...would hunt me down like a dirty dog and mostly likely send me to cyber hell... I dig Mickey but my ass don't wanna go down that road.. I'm gonna tell ya a lil story ...that happened this week .....Sista and I hook up every Tuesday to listen to the Chuck Zito show on www.wvox.com ..... we listen to the show live via the internet.... if you can - check it out... Chuck is a hoot... anyway, he's telling a story bout how he went down to chat Angelina Jolie - she is shooting a movie in New York .... with Matt Damon.... to make a long story short , Chuck ran into Matt Damon - who by the way, didn't recongize Chuck with his new do... a blonde streaked mohawk - Chuck was saying he knew Matt Damon from The Rainmaker, cuz, he was in it... So, Sista and I were saying to each other - WTF!! we don't remember Chuck being in The Rainmaker... Did we misunderstand what he just said.... Sista then says to me " Stephy you gotta call and ask Chuck about the Rainmaker " I proceed to tell her - Ahh...your ass needs to call.... I am the shy one....lol. Needless to say, after 20 minutes , I took a deep breath and called the station and asked Chuck all about it.... He said that he had tried out for a role in the jury ....the one portrayed by that Travis guy... He's asking me what is his name ...I was so damn nervous I just said " Yeah Yeah , that Travis guy, I know who you are talking about " I was mentally kickin myself in the ass...... I live in the south.... home of country music and I couldn't remember Randy Travis's name. WTF!!! .... Then Chuck proceeded to say that even though he didn't get the role , he was there as Mickey's bodyguard and trainer. Chuck has a really cool site. He also asked if I recieved my autographed copy of his book "Street Justice" .... I told him I did and I about fell over from shock when I opened the mailbox.... It was a total surprise. .... woot! woot! - Chuck Zito is the best!!....
Phew! I am finished..... yippie freakin yay....... I am sure there is shiot I didn't spell right - stuff I forgot or sentences that maybe confusing ..... all I can say is : cut me some slack.. before I sign off ... I wanna mention the diddy from Sista's blog - pertaining to the photos of Mickey's crotch... there has to be more to this photo crotch thing...I wanna say this is a not so healthy fixation..do those photo's really sell that many trashy mag's...or are these photographers hoping ..... something is gonna pop outta the zipper/buttonfly - and start singing a song & doing a lil dance. (lol)
